Hi, I'm Justin.

My passion for coaching started close to home.

Years ago, I helped my mom lose over 100 pounds, and watching her regain her confidence, energy, and quality of life completely changed my perspective. What started as helping a family member quickly became a passion for helping others achieve the same transformation.

Over the last 8 years, I've worked as a personal trainer, coached hundreds of clients, and had the opportunity to lead both commercial fitness facilities and group training gyms. During that time, I've helped clients lose more than 3,000 pounds and over 1,400 inches, but what I'm most proud of isn't the weight loss—it's helping people get their lives back.

Along the way, I've dealt with my own injuries and setbacks. Those experiences taught me that true health isn't just about losing weight or looking better. It's about moving well, feeling strong, staying independent, and being able to enjoy life without your body holding you back.

That's why my coaching focuses on more than just the number on the scale. I help clients improve their strength, flexibility, stability, mobility, nutrition, sleep, and daily habits so they can build a healthier body that lasts.

Because at the end of the day, most people don't just want to lose weight.

They want the energy to play with their kids and grandkids.

They want to travel without pain.

They want to get up from the floor without struggling.

They want to stay active, independent, and healthy for the people they love.
