Hi, I'm Justin, founder of The New You.

My coaching journey began after helping my mom lose over 100 pounds, which sparked a passion for helping others transform their health and quality of life.

Over the last 8 years, I've helped clients lose more than 3,000 pounds and 1,400 inches while improving their strength, mobility, flexibility, and confidence.

Today, I specialize in helping adults 55+ lose 25+ pounds and build sustainable habits so they can stay active, independent, and healthy for the people who matter most.

Because the goal isn't just to live longer—it's to live better.
